We’ve never had breakfast by candle light before, but we did today. Candles lit everywhere, and most of the jams and breads were homemade. After that start we were off to St. Paul de Vence to visit the Maeght Foundation, a remarkable museum and garden of famous modern sculpture and art.
Then we drove the high coast to the village of Eze and hiked the ancient streets to the summit gardens for a view ofCannes, Nice, and Monaco.
A drive back through Monte Carlo then an apertif at the Belle Rive Hotel terrace in Juan Les Pins and some further relaxation at our private pool.

Believe it or not, I stayed at the Belle Rive in Juan Les Pins. Isn’t Cannes beautiful? Enjoy the rest of your trip!
