Just a bit of information for the foodies (you know who you are). At lunch we skipped eating at Ayers Wok, the Chinese noodle joint, and instead chose to support the local Aborigines by eating at their culinary school outpost called Kulata Academy Cafe.
Dinner was superb at The Arnguli Grill at our hotel. All of the ingredients and sauces and herbs were locally and indigenous to the area. After an appetizer of Kangaroo Crepe we feasted. What you see is a Tasmanian Salmon encrusted with local Macadamia nuts and spices. If you couldn’t guess what the other picture was it was a Capucinno that Alan said was superb. All in all a fabulous meal.

Looks Delicious. Thanks for the food pics!
Wow, that looks fantastic!
Yummm!
