Great sail down the Eggemoggin Reach across the top of Swan Island to our easternmost port, Mt. Desert Island and Acadia National Park. Took the shuttle around the island to start our exploration. Spent a bit of time in Bar Harbor which is crowded and touristy. Tomorrow we will probably sail up Sommes Sound and then do some hiking in the afternoon. BTW… Yes that is Blueberry soda. It actually was quite good. Blueberries are Maine’s cash crop and late July and early August is harvest time.
If you get the opportunity – try Blueberry Beer !!! Yum !!!
