Another cloudy, gloomy day with the threat of showers but we were determined to make forward progress. We motored through the eastern end of the canal and down the Delaware River to the Delaware Bay. We put in for the night in the Cohansey River on the New Jersey side about 1/3 of the way down the Bay. We were treated to swift reversing currents in our remote and secluded anchorage, and a beautiful, if brief, sunset.
