For those of you who live in the northeast you had to know that a very strong cold front passed through last night. Although we were spared any thunder and lightning and hardly had any rain, the winds were quite impressive, well over 30 knots. Our boat was dancing around our mooring, particularly between the hours of 2-4 AM. Needless to say many checks on our mooring during the night to make certain that all was well.
Our mooring performed wonderfully and we rode out the winds just fine and awoke to a beautiful morning with a fair breeze from the northwest. This allowed for a spectacular sail across Cape Cod Bay and through the canal. We moored in Onset where we met up with friends from Fleet 5, Bob and Marilyn Aymar. Sunset cocktails and dinner aboard Enchante’. All in all a lovely day and a great sail.

Great to meet you guys and thank you for your offers of support during Hurricane Irene. It was most generous and meant alot to us.Great photos and we are going to borrow if okay with you? We were on Forth Dram. Rita
