This morning we decided to explore the Cape Cod National Seashore. We rented some bikes, packed our bathing suits, grabbed a delicious picnic lunch from a local deli and we were off. The bike path through the sand dunes is absolutely spectacular with breathtaking views and incredible scenery. Although on the other side of the tip of the cape from P-Town we still ran into some of our friends from downtown!  Lunch on the beach and some sunbathing and swimming…although the water temps were still in the low 60’s so we didn’t stay in too long at any one stretch.

We then rode back to town and perused the local kiosks and shops on the pier while Ken and Sue climbed the Pilgrim Monument. On our return to Enchante we were greeted by 4 schooners (tall ships) entering the harbor under full sail and then anchoring near us. It was quite a site. Grilled on board tonight while watching the sun set over P-Town. Another great day.
