Yesterday on arrival we toured Isle de la Cite and Isle St. Louis. We then joined the May Day demonstrations at The Bastille. A quick forray into The Marais, and then a very funny live show followed by late dinner.
Today we did the Louve and Musee D’Orsay. Note the picture of Venus and, oh yeah, the statue behind her.
She’s beautiful, the statue isn’t too shabby 😀
