A quiet crossing of the Sound to Port Jefferson. In fact the Sound was like a lake. On arrival we picked up Fred and Marilyn Sprigman who will be with us for 2 weeks or so. We also marveled at “Rocket Man” – the latest in crazy sports. A guy wearing hover shoes that use high commpression water to lift him 20′ or so off the water. A nice homemade dinner on board after cocktails and a beautiful moonrise.
