After a Matzoh Brei breakfast we decided to stay in Solomons and ride bikes to places we hadn’t gone before. We rode into town for lunch on the waterfront and then to the AnnMarie Sculpture garden, an affiliate of the Hirschorne Museum (Smithsonian) in Washington DC. It was a wonderful garden of significant Sculpture and hidden gnomes and treasures. Look carefully for the face carved into a tree. There was also an excellent temporary exhibit of modern textiles. Back to the boat for dinner onboard with some nice warming Matzoh ball soup (it was cool today). Heading further north tomorrow.
